Details:

This is a two cylinder 2 stroke motor. The Johnson eventide motors were very good reliable but they did have problems with oil injection systems and many people unhooked them just to be safe.

For sale a good used 2004 Johnson 50hp, long shaft, electric start, motor with trim and tilt.

We installed a new water pump impeller, pressure and vacuum tested the lower unit, filled with gear lube.

This is a very clean local trade, came off the back of pontoon. This is a long shaft motor.

A leak down test measures the percentage of air leaking past piston and rings, this is more accurate than compression. Performed a leak down test and found both cylinders were at less than 3 which is excellent.

This does come water ready with prop and controls.

The hood does have some discoloring but this motor has not been abused and it is in very nice condition, came off a small local lake I would be don't over 100 hrs on it, there no way to tell for sure, excellent shape. This originally had oil injection, but the customer has unhooked it and ran as a premix.
