Does not have electric start or power tilt contact I will send link.

A new higher pitch prop was installed for better top end speed, kept original factory spare like new,included in sale then I never ran it,new saw the water. There is video of it startup running outside inside and extras on YouTube but won't allow a link. Not one scratch or ding as new condition.
