No controls are included. Like with all motors, many times fuel causes a lot of problems, so it is important to run your motor on clean.

No top cowling and may be missing some other minor parts, including rigging tube removable cover electronics box. 4-stroke efi 25 inch shaft motor has power trim and tilt which functions fine prop is included, poor condition no controls included please feel free to ask me any questions. Lower unit shifts fine.

Engine is in fair shape cosmetically and doesn't run. Standard right hand rotation lower unit with prop, prop is bent and in poor condition.

Please come and inspect before purchasing. Can ship almost anywhere in the 48 states to a commercial dock for less than ready go, sea brook NH.

Low compression 180, 130, 120, 40. Engine sold for parts or possible repair only, no top cowling included.
