Carburetors appear to be overall good condition. Should fit several years of the Mercury 3-cylinder 2-stroke 40 hp model's from early 2000 I can hear the floats moving in all three carb bowls so they should't be too gummed up.

They should be disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with fresh carburetor repair kits prior to installation.
