Very nice lower unit. The unit came from a party barge with very little use. Lower unit from a 2002 Yamaha 50hp two stroke outboard. Drive shaft a little over 22 from top of unit.

No slack in drive shaft or prop. No water or metal in gear oil when drained. Shifts easily. Shown in last photo.
