In great, functional condition. I have not opened the water pump. This fits long shaft 20 transom model's. Removed from a freshwater 1981 Johnson 35hp outboard boat motor.

Seals passed a pressure test. Model J35ELCIG. Fits many years 20, 25, 28, 30 and 35 hp Johnson Evinrude outboard motors. Shifts well, stays in gear.

It can be modified to fit a short/standard shaft motor by changing out the drive shaft, shift and water tube. Oil was drained and had no water intrusion. Be sure to fill the oil before use. I recommend you install a new impeller before installing.
