Details:

Tested the seals under pressurized air, no hissing or bubbling, held pressure released air after 9 min, lost. This Lower Unit gear case/leg came from a Volvo Penta DP-SM 2.32 ratio out drive. Paint is chipping off towards the bottom at a few places but there no pitting or any damage to actual case. Zinc anode in good condition.

Keg in excellent condition. Case in excellent condition. Exact replacement for all SX Out drives stamped with 1.95 or 2.32 DP-SM. Lower unit was tested on Out drive before disassembly Internal bearings from top look like new and were also the upper gears.

Ran at high speed both ways, Unit turns smoothly as it should, nothing unusual noticed. Any questions at all, we'll get back to you right away. Drained oil/lube. Internal gears 16:30.

Oil was clean and clear, No metal shavings or water, just oil inside, nothing unusual noted.
