Final low speed adjustment best done under load in a lake and not tank Check manual. Used old float pictured. Installed water choke housing, shaft, plate and lever assembly. This one is ready to bolt on and go.

Comes with manifold gasket and nuts. Installed choke diaphragm and valve assembly. Installed new needle and seat. Fits many other model's.

Its a water choke but has manual lever also if you don't have or want to hook up lines. Installed needle and set to 1-1/2 turns out. If you want the plastic one let me know I've got plenty of em. New packing behind low speed needle nut.

Installed new bowl gasket and high speed jet with adjustable needle set to 3/4 turn out as book suggests. Here ya go: disassemble, dipped, washed and blown out twice. 1962 40hp 2cyl Rebuilt Carburetor with water choke. Set float level.
