Latches and rubber seal are in good condition. Insulation on inside is also in good condition. It has a few minor scratches and dings but would make very nice replacement Hood. This 60hp engine hood top cover cowl cowling is designed for the Evinrude ETEC 40 50 or 60 horsepower.
