Recoil spring was cleaned and is in very good condition. Fully functional, will need pull start rope obviously. These starters must be. Pull start recoil assembly came off of a 6 hp 1976 Johnson outboard.

Pinion gear in good condition. Before installation consult a service manual for proper lubrication instructions the starter / recoil assembly.
