There are small rust through at three points of floor contact fourth looks OK which do not affect use, visible when in use. Square head leg lock screws are good.

Top edge of transom plate is 33. I don't know the actual year this was produced, but it looks like 50's.

No significant damage or defect to the cast aluminum transom plate - paint is mostly gone, but there are cracks, gouges any restoration concerns beyond sand. Mercury logo casting is substantial and undamaged, held on by original rivets.
