Here is a nice lightly used transom plate 315772 for OMC outboard motors. Sold to the USA and elsewhere with global program only and mailed out promptly as always. Has been blasted, primed and repainted silver. A small hole was drilled in the part as shown, perhaps to clear a protruding bolt.
Many sizes possible, but mid-range model's above 40hp would be my best suggestion. I did notice a slight variation in the straightness of it bowing but will attach to your transom very nicely.
