I've included as many if not all bolts with it to simplify installation. The bracket is the hard part to find, trim motors are easily replaced if ever needed. If you go to marine engine, can see parts schematics under accessories how it installs. Missing wire harness but you can fabricate a new one fairly easily.

There is a difference between TRIM and TILT. Low speeds you should be OK. This is a power tilt unit, which means if you are above 1/2 throttle it may not trim up under heavy load. Freshwater, hard to find rare accessory works on 40-60hp 2 cylinder model's.
