Details:

I cannot give any guarantee about the condition of oil seals, but when drained gear out it didn't look too bad. The water pump assembly, thrust hub, tab washers and prop nut are also included. I am open to any questions.

This is a clean complete assembly. All used items are sold as is. The drive shaft turns freely, and it shifts smoothly.

All of the items I sell are very well packaged. The gears and bearings are good. The only thing it needs is a new impeller, and some gear oil.

The drive shaft is 22 inches from top of water pump to end. Both the drive shaft and prop are 3/4 inch 11 spline. Please see the pictures for cosmetic condition.

This is a good used short shaft lower unit that was removed from 1969 Mercury 35 hp outboard motor.
