Vintage Neptune model 11B2 boat engine. The engine turns over and has compression but I have not tried to fire it. This is a direct shaft drive so the prop turns when you pull cord engine over.

Nice man cave or restoration project. Has pull cord and looks to be a complete engine. Estate find in good shape.
