Also, the previous owner had removed grip and not replaced it. The portion of the head gasket between two cylinders was missing. I found that the kill switch wire had a break inside handle. But, they aren tested so beware as there is no guarantee.

This is the swivel bracket assembly 0434024 and transom mount 0394162. When I disassembled the motor found 2 things that were wrong. I assume that this causes the compression issue. I m just a guy trying to make enough mad money keep me in golf balls and spinner baits.

These parts were taken from a 1982 Johnson 4.5 that had no compression. If there is a part number, I just looked up the item on Crowley. When I put my hand over the cylinder, pistons build compression. All that being said, I am listing the parts appear to serviceable and usable.
